External candidates can't download signed Offer Letter after accepting

Hi all,

When an external candidate accepts an offer and closes the page, they can't download a copy later.

If they log back into the External Career Site, they see the status "Offer - Accepted," but the button to view/download the signed PDF is completely gone.

  1. Is there a setting in Career Site Configuration to keep the signed offer letter visible to candidates after acceptance?
  2. Or is there any workaround ?
