AI Assist not working in Participant Feedback Page

AI Assist functionality is not working as expected in the Participant Feedback page, even after enabling the feature via VBS

  • The AI Assist button is visible on the Participant Feedback page (as shown in the screenshot).
  • However, upon clicking the AI Assist button, no suggestions are generated / no action is performed.
  • The feature appears to be enabled correctly at the configuration level, but it is not functioning at runtime.
