We want to edit the Questionnaires and change the attached Questionnaire template

We are not able to add questions to the Questionnaire template as Allow format change checkbox is not checked while creating the Questionnaire template. To overcome this we have created a copy of Questionnaire template and checked the Allow format change checkbox. Now we want to map the newly created Questionnaire template to the existing Questionnaires so that all the job codes will now be linked to the new Questionnaire template.

How to make these changes

Remove the Old Questionnaire template and add new questionnaire template to the Questionnaires associated to the Job codes
