Approval notification for document added to pending action in redwood

Summary:

We have a request to have a approval notification trigger to benefits team when an employee has uploaded a document/certification to the pending action section. Currently the benefit administrators have to monitor the pending actions to see if employee has uploaded a document so that they can approve or deny. When an employee uploads the document in documents of record it routes for approval to the team and they receive notification. Does this functionality exist to trigger a notification to route for approval when a document is uploaded to the pending action? Ideally the team would like
