Approval workflow to upload daily exchange rates

I need to configure approvals for uploading Daily Exchange Rates in Oracle Fusion; however, there is no seeded functionality available for this requirement.

Currently, I am managing this by assigning a custom role with the Manage Daily Rates privilege to specific users. However, this approach does not fully comply with the company’s Maker–Checker policy.

Could you please confirm if there is any workaround available to implement a Maker–Checker control while uploading Daily Exchange Rates?
