Life Event Processing Issue – Eligible Benefits Not Presented for Employee with 13 Assignments
Hi,
We are currently investigating an issue for an employee who has 13 active assignments. The employee's Benefits Relationship and Primary Assignment are configured correctly; however, when a life event is evaluated on the DFLT1 benefits relationship, benefit plans for which the employee should be eligible are not being generated. Instead, the life event processes and closes without presenting the expected enrollment opportunities.
Is there a documented maximum number of assignments that Oracle Benefits can support for eligibility evaluation and life event processing? Additionally, are there any known limitations, configuration considerations, or issues related to employees with a high number of assignments that could impact benefits eligibility determination?
