Hi,

I have configured and implemented supplier portal advisor agent. I am able to see it in the supplier portal tab using my user however whenever I login using supplier portal user account (having only supplier user related 4-5 standard roles), I am unable to see the Ask AI section in supplier portal. I have also assigned a custom supplier role having (Fai Genai Agent Runtime Duty) but still I am unable to see this:

What I am missing here? Any suggestion or input please?
