Default "My Organization" as filter while adding Team members for Opportunity

Summary:

In Redwood UI, when we use "Add Team Members" as an action on Lead or Opportunity. The "Team member" field filter defaults to "Default Search View". Is it possible to default it to "My Organization". If yes, can you please provide the steps to configure this requirement.
