Journey Not Triggering After Move to HR Despite Employee Eligibility Criteria Being Met
Hello experts,
We are testing Journey trigger for candidates hired through Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
We have configured a Journey with an Eligibility Profile containing only one criterion: the worker must be an Employee. No other eligibility conditions have been defined.
During testing, we create and process the candidate’s offer and complete the Move to HR action. The process is completed and the person is an Employee in the system, thereby satisfying the Eligibility Profile criteria.
However, the Journey is not getting assigned automatically after Move to HR completion.
Expected Result:
The Journey should be assigned once the worker is an Employee and meets the Eligibility Profile criteria.
