Issues with submit feedback

When an interviewer receives a notification email, they click the deeplink in the email, log in to the system, and proceed to evaluate the candidate. After completing the evaluation and submitting the form, the system redirects them to a page displaying the message "Resubmit the form?".

This behavior is misleading, as it makes the interviewer think that their evaluation was not saved or that the system encountered an error. When they click the deeplink again, the interface correctly shows "Feedback completed".

Is there any way to fix this issue? This behavior causes confusion and wastes the interviewer's time.
