What will be the impact to use PER_ASSIGNMENT_ALL_M instead of PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE for Hire event

Summary:

Currently Hire event configured with PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE/DATE_START & Rehire event configured with PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE/ADJUSTED_SVC_DATE. Due to this when we did brand new hire an employee. We are seeing both New hire and Rehire events under potential life events.

When i change the reference from PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE/DATE_START to PER_ASSIGNMENT_ALL_M/ASSIGNMENT_ID for Hire event and

PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE/ADJUSTED_SVC_DATE to PER_ASSIGNMENT_ALL_M/ASSIGNMENT_ID with FF for both hire and rehire event from the reference doc - its differentiating both New hire and Rehire.
