Download Offer Letter pulls in Old Version of the custom offer templates that are no longer active

This issue started since April 2026, no solution has been found through SR. We have a over 30 offer letters are custom built with conditions. All of these are working fine when Recruiter drafts the offer and previews them, current version pulls up on the preview page. But, when the Recruiter selects 'Use a modified Offer Letter' and clicks on 'Download Offer Letter', the RTF template that downloads is the prior version which is no longer active.

Manage Recruiting Job Offer Letters Scheduled Process has been running every 15 minutes. We are on 26A Redwood release and going to deploy 26B in 2 weeks.
