Ability to automatically add freight or fee on estimate and debrief line

Summary:

Customer has requirement to charge 10% freight of the parts total the estimate and debrief. This application has to be applied regardless of the coverage status.

If technician adds $100 part, 10% freight charge/fee should be added to it. If there was a subscription that covers this part 100%, customer should still be charged $10.

We cannot use a separate debrief or estimate line because,

• Freight of this fee is per line and % may vary based on the part#
• Freight line and price would have to be calculated every time a part or quantity changes. Currently, the repricing does not occur for the entire estimate or debrief.
