My Maintenance Work not updating without ESS job – Any alternative to scheduling?

Summary:
In Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud (26B), work orders are not appearing in “My Maintenance Work” after status change (Unreleased → Released) unless an indexing ESS job is run.
Currently using:
Job Name: Create Index Definition and Perform Initial Ingest Parameter: fa-alm-work-order-asset
Also aware of:
Job Name: Run Bulk Ingest to OSCS Parameter: MNT_WO_BULK_INGEST
👉 Is there any alternative way to handle this (like profile option or real-time indexing), or is ESS job scheduling the only supported solution?
