How can a Line Manager see the details in a Journey's task that is created by a Worker?

We are trying to create a Journey, that will be initiated by the Worker, and the Line Manager will need to review the details of the worker task. The worker task will be a questionnaire task and will have 2 questions that needs reviewed by the LIne Manager prior to them completing their task. I have tried a variety of different options and configurations and checked a number of the privileges and roles assigned to the Line Manager, but cannot find how to get this working - does anyone have any suggestions please?
