Oracle Cloud Free Tier account stucks in password reset

Hello, I am the sole administrator of the tenancy pietricello (Identity domain: Default, Username: pietro@epki.it , contact mail: pietro@mivs.it).

My compute instances are running fine, but I am completely locked out of the OCI Console due to a credential reset bug.

When I try to sign in, the portal forces me to change my password. However, upon entering a compliant new password, the screen throws a red banner error stating: 'You cannot change your password because it is not expired or an administrator did not make a request to change it.'

Unfortunately, the password reset module seems to send the reset pwd mail but I am receiving nothing.
