Redwood UI Smart Action Error: Applying List binding LOV_StatusCd with given set of values leads to

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are experiencing an issue in the Redwood UI when trying to change a Service Request status to 'Closed' via the Update Status Smart Action.

Whenever we select 'Closed' and click Save, the transaction fails with the following ADF validation error:

"Save failed: Applying List binding LOV_StatusCd with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :ServiceRequestRest, key oracle.jbo.Key[...]"

Key Observations:

  • This happens not only when moving from Resolved $\rightarrow$ Closed, but also when attempting to move to Closed from any other lifecycle status.
  • The 'Closed' status is visible in the dropdown list, but the REST/JBO layer fails to find a matching row when evaluating the bound List of Values (
