Duplicate ethnicity records for Rehire

in HCM Communicate

When we rehire an inactive record having Ethnicity value and while rehire, we do put a value on Ethnicity, on the personal details page, we see two records of Ethnicity. Is anyone else facing this issue? Does anyone know how to resolve ? or any workaround
