Journey Signature Task Allow user to download file

Summary:

Have a journey signature task with a BIP template which opens up ok.

Issue is that the user needs to print and have a section completed by an external party so not saving to document of record at this moment.

However when clicking View signed document and Save

Unable to save


Similar issue with Print.

I can change the task type to Report and user downloads without signature as a workaround. However just wondering if there are any suggestions. At this point dont want to save to Document of Records.
