Requisition Approval Action Redirects to APPROVE_MAILTOURL

When action Approve or Reject is clicked on the Requisition Approval notification, the email is routing to APPROVE_MAILTOURL.

Found some related documents - but seems this applies globally, while for our customer this happens only to specific user/s.

Im just afraid this would impact those that do not encounter the issue.
