Automatically Add the Employer Description Value

Summary:

Is it possible to automatically default the employer description value for both internal and external postings once the requisition enters the Job Formatting stage? We only have 1 employer description value and it is applicable to all requisitions. This will help eliminate the manual adding of it each time and will also ensure it does get added.

Please let me know if this is possible through VB Studio or another method besides the job requisition templates.
