Job Applicant Screening Advisor (plus authenticity check) is not able to read attached PDF's

We have enabled the Job Screening Advisor Agent but it is not currently able to read PDF's. Even giving the agent authorization to extract the attached resume it is not able to do so and is asking for it to be copied and pasted into the agent. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
