Clarification required on continuation of dunning letters when no further levels are configured

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are currently using Aged Dunning in Oracle Fusion Receivables and would like clarification on the following behaviour:

  1. Is it expected behaviour that if no additional dunning levels are configured beyond a specific aging bucket (e.g. 55+ days), the system will not generate any further dunning letters after reaching that stage?
  2. What is the recommended approach to enable continued automated dunning notifications beyond the overdue stage, using standard functionality?
  3. From a best practice perspective, is it advisable to:
    • Extend the dunning configuration by mapping additional aging buckets (e.g. 70, 84, 112 days),
    • Or is there an alternative recommended approach to support ongoing follow-up reminders?

Howdy, Stranger!
