Redwood Job Profile Error: "An Unexpected Error Occurred" and "Error Response During RestAction"

Hello All,

We are facing an issue when opening the Redwood Job Profile page. The following errors are displayed:

  • "An unexpected error occurred."
  • "Error response during RestAction."

We have already assigned the required Use REST Service Roles related to the Job Profile, but the issue still persists.

Has anyone encountered and resolved this issue? If so, could you please advise whether any additional roles, privileges, or configurations are required to access the Redwood Job Profile successfully?
