How do I enable the AI message features available Compose Email screen
Summary:
In 26B, when editing a Service Request there are new buttons on the bottom toolbar when composing an email, problem description or solution description. See highlighted screenshot below. When I click these buttons, they do not work. On the Network tab of the browser dev tools, I can see "403 Forbidden" errors in the invokeAsync API calls.
The 26B release feature documentation says there are no steps required to enable these new features, yet clearly I am missing access. However, I don't know what privileges a user would need to use these buttons as it is not mentioned in the documentation.
