Is there any way I can see if the event has been triggered from Oracle B2C Service Cloud?

In Oracle B2C Service Cloud, I have created two event subscriptions that should be triggered whenever an incident is created or updated. Is there any way I can see if the event has been triggered from Oracle B2C Service Cloud? Is there a way to view the event history, logs, or delivery status to confirm that the event subscription has been executed?

The event is configured correctly in OSC, and need to check if its is reaching to APIM in Azure Integration.
