CX Sales - Organization / HZ Party Record Accidently Deleted

I have a record that was accidently deleted and needs restored. The record is showing as Status = 'I' and needs to be marked back to Active or somehow merged to a new record to keep all the related information. What are the steps to restore or possibly re-activate this record?
