We are implementing the Inbox Response Agent to Answer Candidate Emails and have encountered two blockers that prevent us from validating agent responses before go-live:

1. Shared Inbox Across Environments: Our lower environments (Dev/Test) share the same email address as Production. Because of this, new inbound emails cannot be ingested into the lower environment, making it impossible to trigger the full email flow end-to-end outside of Production.
