Internal job alerts are not being sent for employees

I am trying to set up internal mobility alerts so that internal employees are notified when a job requisition at the same level is posted.

I have enabled the relevant email template in the Recruiting Content Library and configured the email frequency settings. I also ran the following scheduled processes:

  • Prepare Campaign Email
  • Send Campaign Email

However, no emails are being sent to employees.

When employees navigate to Me > Careers and Performance > Current Jobs, the requisitions are displayed as recommended jobs, which indicates that the matching logic is working. However, employees are not receiving any email notifications to notify them about these jobs.
