Approval rules for transferring internal candidates

I want to set up and approval rule for internal candidates after they accept the offer.

the scenario is as following:

the internal candidate applies for a job requisition, an offer is sent to them, they accept the offer , then the Transfer process Automatically begins because the 'Automatically Process Internal Candidates in the HR Phase' feature is enabled.

i want to set an approval rule for this transfer and let it be processed after approval is completed. how can configure this?
