What logic is used when displaying Workplace or Location in the Job Card in Opportunity Marketplace?

Summary:

We are noticing that reqs with a workplace of Field are being displayed in the Job Card as Field, but job reqs that have a workplace of Onsite are displaying the primary location. Is that expected behavior? Is there a way to have them both pull from the location to be consistent?
