Termination Life event fast formula is not working out

Summary:

We have configured a termination life event to trigger when HR approves the termination. Below are the Data Changes configuration for termination Life Event and FF. But, the Termination Life Event is not triggering.

I did refer the code shared in the post . But its not working. Kindly help us with this.
