Enabled the DELINK_BEN_DATA_ON_HD_CHG lookup, part of the ORA_BEN_SKIP_VALIDATION lookup type. Then Changed the Hire date of employee to a future date. As per oracle documentation, the application should delete any benefit enrollments and unprocessed potential life events. But, they are not deleted. Why is it so?
