Loss of Enrolled Dependents
Good morning.
I am requesting your guidance on the following issue we have in our project:
In the Benefits Activity Center functionality, I am trying to generate a new DFLT event to update a plan enrollment.
When I run the Evaluated Life Events process with my custom user account, the dependents disappear from the plan enrollment they were previously registered for. However, if I run the Evaluated Life Events process with the standard user roles, the dependents remain enrolled in the benefits plan.
Could you please guide me on whether a privilege is missing in the custom role, or if it might be a configuration issue?
