How to pass custom fields from Service Request to Work Order on "Create WO" in VBS Redwood?

Hi team,
I am working in Visual Builder Studio (VBS) on the Redwood layouts for Oracle Fusion Service.
When a user clicks the "Create WO" button from a Service Request (SR), I need to automatically copy (default) the data from two SR fields over to the newly created Work Order (WO).
The fields are:
- Requested Skills (Text Area)
- Sales Order Reference
What is the best way to implement this defaulting logic in VBS Redwood? Should this be handled via business rules, an expression, or a specific event listener?
