Oracle Fusion Cloud Service Logistics - Duplicate Inventory Update on Post Charges and RMA Process

Oracle Fusion Cloud Service Logistics - When click on post charges in the Work Order charges page the inventory gets updated. Later, when the same Work Order is processed through RMA (Receive Expected Shipment), the inventory is updated again. As a result, a return of 1 item is being recorded as 2 items returned. How can we do update inventory on RMA process only?s
