- Our requirement is to bypass this approval step when the Talent Admin performs the evaluation as a manager.

- Dual Role Scenario (Talent Admin + Manager Role)
In most cases, Talent Admins also have a Manager role assigned.- When they perform an evaluation in their capacity as a manager, will the workflow correctly route to their manager as per the standard process?
