How to stop candidate data being automatically removed from the UI when they delete their profiles?

Hi there,

Has anyone found a workaround to allow candidates to delete their profiles without removing their data from the UI?

The issue here is that when a candidate deletes their profile, their application is removed from the front end, however it is still available in reports.

We are currently looking into data retention and purge rules, and whilst a Candidate can delete their profile, the business would like their applications and profile to remain visible in the UI.

Has anyone been able to achieve this requirement?
