Not able to query an existing bank account and add it to a customer site

When trying to add an existing bank account to a customer site - there is no option to search by bank account number. We are also not able to search by bank name. Nothing shows up.

When trying to add an existing bank account to a customer site - there is no option to search by bank account number. We are also not able to search by bank name. Nothing shows up.

There is only a value list on currency. How can we query on bank account when the only thing we have is the bank account number?
