Approval Unit Synchronization Issue

Summary:

Receiving the following error when trying to synchronize the Approval hierarchy. I have ran a database refresh with "Validate Data" however still receiving this error. We do not have ownership management enabled.

"An internal error occurred while saving/synchronizing the AUH: 'Total Geography'. Please contact your administrator."
