locations not appearing for external job alert locations

Summary: We have signed up within our Talent Community to monitor job alerts and have not received any lately. We have logged in and noticed we cannot select any location in the state of Oklahoma when those are our most common cities to post in. Why is this not available?

Content: Our Talent Community/Job Alerts are active and set to Every 3 Days. I have confirmed the following processes are scheduled and running without issue:

Prepare Campaign Email
Send Campaign Email
Track Campaign Email Delivery
