How to Enable only Redwood SSP and Remove the Classic SSP?

Summary:

We are now transitioning to Redwood SSP version and soon, we need to disable the Classic SSP in our Production instance. Is there any setup to remove the Classic SSP. In the Procurement offering, the Opt-in: "Enable the Redwood Version as the Default Self Service Procurement Application" is no longer available. Kindly advise.
