Unable to assign performance document because it doesn't show up in the search result

Hello everyone,

I created a performance document and made it Available to Use. When I tried to process eligibility for an employee, the document didn't show up in the search result:

When I changed the review period to 2025, respective performance documents would show up normally with no issue.

Troubleshooting actions taken:

1. Ran Eligibility Batch Process for eligible employees, but couldn't create documents for the same reason.
2. Ensured Available to Use option is checked.
3. Checked performance template start and end date + document period start and end date and ensured they lie within the review period.
