Hello everyone,
I created a performance document and made it Available to Use. When I tried to process eligibility for an employee, the document didn't show up in the search result:
When I changed the review period to 2025, respective performance documents would show up normally with no issue.
Troubleshooting actions taken:
- Ran Eligibility Batch Process for eligible employees, but couldn't create documents for the same reason.
- Ensured Available to Use option is checked.
- Checked performance template start and end date + document period start and end date and ensured they lie within the review period.
