The previous rate payment setting at the end of the month is not working correctly.

Good afternoon,

I have the following issue with my previous end-of-month payment settings:
It's configured for the end of the month, but when I check the registration rate information, it shows the payment due one day before the end of the month. This makes it seem like there are two active rates for the same month.
How can I correct this?
