Allow configuring the sort attribute of the "Sort by Last Name" dropdown on the Performance Document

Provide, through an extensibility layer (VBCS Extension, Page Composer, or Setup and Maintenance), the ability to configure the attribute used for sorting ("Sort by Last Name, A to Z / Z to A") on the administrative Performance Documents page (admin-documents-search), allowing the criterion to be changed from Last Name to First Name or another person attribute.

Currently, the "Performance Documents" page, accessed by the HR Administrator/Manager, has a fixed sorting component with the options "Sort by Last Name, A to Z" and "Sort by Last Name, Z to A". This behavior is hardcoded into the seeded page component and sorts results by the Last Name attribute, with no alternative to sort by First Name or another person attribute.
