Hello Community,

we are currently evaluating the Oracle HCM 26B functionality that enables automatic Journey assignment via Nudge Plans using Eligibility Profiles.

During testing, we explored the use of Eligibility Profiles based on Fast Formulas to dynamically define the target population.

Test setup (generalized):

  • Fast Formula designed to return a clearly limited and specific employee population
  • Eligibility Profile based on a Fast Formula (we used the Profile Usage Checklist in the Eligibility Profile)
