How to move resources from root organization to an internal organization in OFS?
In Oracle Field Service we have the following resource tree:
- Root / parent Organization Unit: Parent_OrgUnit
- Internal Organization Units (created by us): InternalOrg_A, InternalOrg_B
- Buckets: Bucket_A, Bucket_B
Our field resources currently sit directly under the root Organization Unit instead of under the intended internal organization. The internal org units and buckets all show "No resources."
In Oracle HCM Cloud we assigned these users to the internal organization (set on the employee's assignment/organization in HCM), but this assignment is not reflecting in OFS — the resources remain under the root organization in the OFS resource tree.
- What is the supported way to move existing resources from the root organization to an internal organization unit (or bucket) in OFS?
