Add item to the Warranty Coverage and Maintenance Programs

Summary: Hello,
I want to create a Warranty Coverage and Maintenance Program for item, so a new coverage or maintenance program is created when a new asset (with mentioned item) is added to the Oracle Maintenance Cloud.
When selecting the required item, only 1-2 items are coming in the dropdown list and accepted as a valid value.
The required item attributes are already set to Active, Maintainable, Asset Tracked, Inventory Asset, Stocked, Transactable.
How to resolve this issue?
