Partial access to feedback in Feedback Center

Summary:

We have some HR users with view only access to the Feedback Center but we have noticed that not all feedback is available. It seems only recent feedback is visible, older feedback is not.

 We have applied various privileges to validate security but so far we have not had a resolution. This is a view only role and so we do not want to apply edit privileges.

 Navigation: My Client Groups>Show More>Talent>Feedback Center> Date Range:All/Status:All

 The following are currently present on the security role.

•  View Requested Feedback (HRA_VIEW_REQUESTED_FEEDBACK)
•  View Performance Summary (HRA_VIEW_PERFORMANCE_SUMMARY)
