Performance document - Using calculated ratings and manual ratings in the same performance document
Hi everyone,
This question is related to a previous post regarding rating section items via HDL:
“How to rate section items (goals/competencies) by HDL”
I’d like to confirm whether it is possible to configure a performance document where:
The Objectives (Goals) section uses manual ratings and
The Summary section uses calculated ratings.
Has anyone implemented this type of setup or can confirm if it’s supported?
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
